Rules for the use of donations by the INTERNATIONAL CHARITY FUND \u201cCHERNOBYL \u2013 UNITY\u201d<\/strong>\u00bb
\nThank you for your generous donation. Your sincere desire to help will be realized in practical assistance to the victims of the Chernobyl disaster in Ukraine.
\nThe FOUNDATION guarantees full reporting on the use of donations and expenses from all accounts on the reporting page.
\nThe Foundation accepts donations for the following programs:
\n1. Targeted financial assistance to disabled people of all categories who suffered as a result of the Chernobyl disaster.
\nIn this case, indicate the purpose of the payment as \u201cCharitable Assistance\u201d. These donations will be made in accordance with the FUND\u2019s Charter (financial assistance to individuals and their family members who suffered as a result of the Chornobyl disaster, assistance to low-income families, and FUND\u2019s official expenses).<\/p>\n

2. Legal assistance to victims of the Chernobyl disaster and their family members.
\nIn this case, indicate in the purpose of the payment \u2013 \u200b\u200bCharitable aid for [legal aid]. In this case, donations are used according to the intended purpose.<\/p>\n

3. Humanitarian assistance and strengthening of social protection for disabled people of all categories, children, and widows as a result of the Chernobyl disaster.
\nIn this case, indicate in the purpose of the payment \u2013 \u200b\u200bCharitable aid for [humanitarian aid]. These donations will go, in accordance with the Charter of the FOUNDATION, to the implementation of educational, environmental, cultural and artistic programs, sports and physical culture, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, and development of international cooperation.<\/p>\n

4. Medical assistance to disabled people of all categories, victims of the Chernobyl disaster.
\nIn this case, indicate in the purpose of the payment \u2013 \u200b\u200bCharitable assistance for [medical assistance]. These donations will go, in accordance with the Charter of the FUND, to medical care for disabled people of all categories and their family members, payment for medical examinations, medicines, and purchase of medical equipment.<\/p>\n

6. Preservation of memory and protection of existing monuments about the global catastrophe and the heroes of the liquidators.
\nIn this case, indicate in the purpose of the payment \u2013 \u200b\u200bCharitable aid for [preservation of memory]. These donations will go, in accordance with the Charter of the FUND, to the protection of cultural heritage, namely the installation of monuments and the preservation of existing ones that reminded current generations of the enormous tragedy that occurred as a result of the Chernobyl accident.<\/p>\n

In the event that it is impossible to use donations in the manner chosen by the benefactor:
\nComplete fundraising for a specific project, at the time of receiving donations
\nRefusal of the official representatives of the person in need of assistance from further treatment, inability to carry out planned treatment, or changing treatment to a cheaper one
\nDeath and other incidents
\nIf the Foundation has the Benefactor's contacts, it will try to contact him and find out the new purpose of the donation. In the event that it is not possible to establish contact with the Benefactor, the FOUNDATION uses the donations for other FOUNDATION projects that comply with the Charter.<\/p>\n

In the event of termination of the FUND's activities, the remaining funds will be transferred to the accounts of another Charitable Fund of the corresponding target area.<\/p>\n

All funds transferred by you when using this site will be considered a donation.<\/p>\n
